A nonprofit membership organization dedicated to addressing the needs and interests of persons 50 and older. Useful information and resources for caregivers with tips and tools.

Federal agency responsible for advancing the concerns and interests of older people and their caregivers. This website offers a wealth of resources, including aging statistics, long-term care planning, and a search bar for local programs.

AMERICAN SOCIETY ON AGING

The ASA is the largest professional membership association committed to enhancing the knowledge and skills of those working with older adults and their families. Founded in 1954.

CAREGIVER.COM

Caregiver.com is a leading provider of information, support and guidance for family and professional caregivers. Founded in 1995, they are dedicated to caregivers. The web site includes topic specific newsletters, online discussion lists, back issue articles of Today’s Caregiver magazine, chat rooms and an online store. All of its products are developed for caregivers, about caregivers and by caregivers.

PROFESSIONAL CAREGIVERS TRAINING INSTITUTE

Provider of comprehensive training for caregivers with detailed and hands on instructional workshops. All instructors have at least five years as a caregiver and include nurses, nannies, newborn care specialists, doulas, therapists and childbirth educators.
